Don't worry, there's nothing that truly lives in limbo.
On an older version of limbo, if you stayed there for long enough, you could be greeted with the message that "Herobrine joined." While it is unconfirmed, that is what is believed the message you described refers to.

Do you also experience this problem when joining single player world or other servers?

Hello everyone, I hope you're all keeping well,
I thought I'd take an opportunity to update everyone on the progress of the wiki over the course of the last two years, as there has been very little communication around some of the changes on the wiki itself.
Firstly, at the end of 2022, the wiki decided to create a community discord server. This server is a great to place to ask questions, seek help with editing, create suggestions, report any issues, request page deletions/appeals but most importantly, it is a place to talk as a community. A lot of communal announcements regarding the wiki are also made in this discord server. You are able to join this discord server via our home page or this direct link: Hypixel Wiki Fandom Discord
The next thing I would like to mention is staff movements. In around October of 2022, a member named Yoshazu adopted this wiki. What this means is that there is another staff member on hand to guide and set an example of what good editing means. In their relatively short time here, they have made some significant contributions to the wiki, including making many game pages from scratch, updating many outdated pages to bring them into a modern format, and creating many sleek UI designs to bring a high level of professionalism to our pages. The other staff movement occurred in early 2023, with my promotion to moderator. I mainly specialise in the many maps on the Hypixel network, and am trying to bring all map pages up to date to provide readers with accurate, reliable information. If you feel that you would like to have the opportunity to become a staff member here, please check out our Rights Request Page, or message TopKaps on their message wall or discord.
Another thing which Yoshazu did with their promotion into their position was give a much needed update to our wiki policies. Many of our policies have been updated to meet the ever changing needs of the internet in general, and I would encourage everyone to check out what has changed here: Wiki Policies
If you are still unsure on anything regarding policies and rules, I'd also like to encourage you to check out the FANDOM Terms of Use.
As always, we're continually searching for assistance with updating our pages. Any small contribution helps! If you see something that you know is incorrect, or something you feel can be expanded on, don't be shy! You can check out our To-Do List if you're stuck on ideas. We are aware that everyday users are unable to edit the to-do list page, and we may consider unlocking that protection in the future.

Unfortunately, this means that there is nothing we can do about your ban on the server. In addition to this, if your appeal was denied there is nothing else you can do other than wait the ban out as you can only submit one appeal per ban.

As an addition to Yoshazu's post and to directly answer your question, YouTube rank has a base rank of whatever rank the player has on the server, even though they can /nick and /vanish.
So if the player you are asking about (probably yourself) has the non-donor rank, you will not be able to open 5 star mystery boxes, and no, you don't have to spend additional money on MVP or MVP+ in order to gain the rank.
Bingo will probably be over by the time you see this, but I thought this was extremely difficult as well. I eventually got it by a shear fluke. I thought it more belonged on the medium/hard bingo card but anyway...
Using a guide would definitely help you, as the 3 numbers are different for everyone. The colours at the top of the numbers represent the order the numbers are in, like a blue 6 or a red 5.
My personal code is 505 but this wouldn't work for everyone. There really isn't anything in there other than a relic, an easter egg or present in those seasons or Simon during the anniversary hunt, which is why I'm assuming you're asking, due to something probably being in there.
It's fine, there's no punishment for swearing, but a lot of young people do use this site.
Yes, the discussion areas is kind of dead, but that isn't a reflection of the wiki as a whole.
Also, the rules haven't been updated for 5 years so... Might have to discuss with the buraeucrats about that being updated. Admittably, they are rather lacking. Maybe even you could add something valuable.
Just because someone hasn't responded in 4 hours, doesn't mean it's dead.
There's probably 8 or so active editors on this wiki that I can think of off the top of my head.

Looking for a guide on the forums is probably your best option rather than asking on an information wiki.
I personally just learned from experience, and consistently played and practiced for about a year and a half, and I can generally give most veterans a bit of a challenge.
You'd probably be better asking in the forums. I am by no-means a professional, but I don't think they would've accepted the appeal if they could still see the suspicious activity. You have enabled 2FA now, so your account is a lot safer, so yes, I think you should be fine.
Just re-iterating, I'm not a professional and that everything I said could be completely wrong, but that would be my best guess.
There has been weekly map rotations since August 2021. Amazon is removed/returned frequently as a part of these rotations.
If it's not available to play, it should be back within 4-6 weeks maximum.
Bed Wars dream modes should rotate at midnight Friday morning at American EST. This would be 4pm Daylight time or 3pm regular time in AEST.
