Bow Duels is a competitive Duels gamemode where players test their shooting skills and fight with only bows. It was first released to the Prototype Lobby with the introduction of Duels on January 19, 2017[1] and fully introduced with the release the official v1.0 Duels lobby on March 2, 2018.[2]
Gameplay[]
Two players fight in a 1v1 duel. Each player is given a bow with Punch I and Infinity and a single ender pearl. As the main focus is to deal ranged bow damage to players, melee damage is disabled. Players must kill their opponent to win.
Bow Duels does not have a border like other Duels modes. Games are limited to eight minutes. If nobody wins after the time is up, the duel is a draw.
Duels stats[]
Upon winning, the player's Overall Duels streak and Bow Duel streak will increase. "Bow" is the name used for the Bow Duels division.
