Cloudflare is a web protection and hosting company that provides hosting for the Hypixel Forums, and provides DDOS protection from the server. You can see cloudfares own webpage here. Cloudflare can be seen when the forums are under a high-load, or possible under a DDOS attack as it shows a "redirect" page for a few seconds.
