Combo Duels is a competitive Duels gamemode where players fight with overpowered gear and no combat delay. It was first released to the Prototype Lobby with the Duels v0.5 update on December 11, 2017[1] and fully introduced with the release of the official v1.0 Duels lobby on March 2, 2018.[2]
Gameplay[]
Two players fight in a 1v1 duel. Each player is given two sets diamond armor enchanted with Protection V and Unbreaking IV (boots also have Feather Falling II), a diamond sword with Shaprness II, 32 enchanted golden apples, two potions of Strength + Speed II, and five ender pearls (ten second cooldown). Players must kill their opponent to win.
Combo Duels does not have a border like other Duels modes. Games are limited to 15 minutes. If nobody wins after the time is up, the duel is a draw.
Duels stats[]
Upon winning, the player's Overall Duels streak and Combo Duel streak will increase. "Combo" is the name used for the Combo Duels division.
