Themes[]
Themes are the set of builds that surround your house's plot. Most themes are found in the Mystery Vault. Themes may be needed to obtain biomes and skies. You may access the themes from the Housing menu, or directly by typing in /settheme <theme>.

Biomes & Skies[]
Biomes & Skies are obtainable either by default or by unlocking themes. The feature allows you to change the biome and sky of your plot, helping you to change block colors, sky colors, and darkness. Biomes and skies are listed below. Players may access the biomes and skies through the housing menu, or set the biome using /setbiome <biome>

Weather Selector[]
The Weather Selector is how you change the weather on your plot. Currently, the Sunny weather and Rainy weather options are free, but you may buy Storming and Thunder for 12 Mystery Dust (Default price). For VIP+, Weather costs 6 Mystery Dust and for MVP+, 3. Sunny is the default weather. You can access the Weather Selector through the Housing Menu or change the weather by typing /weather <weather>.

Visibility[]
Lets you change how many people you see at a time in a House. The options are 0, 25, 50, 100, and Unlimited.
Visiting Rules[]
The visiting rules allow you to control who can visit your house. By clicking on the Housing Menu or the Carpenter and then the player skull, you can toggle who can visit your plot. Current options are:
- Public (Anyone can join)
- Party (Anyone in a party with you in it can join)
- Friends (Anyone on your friends list can join)
- Guild (Anyone in your guild can join)
- Private (No one can join. /p warp still works)
Player Listing[]
Lists all recent players in your House.
House Settings[]

House settings is a menu that helps you further customize aspects of your house such as the time, max plot size, and more. There are more technical features here too such as Event Actions, Functions, etc.
Permissions and Groups[]
You can edit a rank, delete a rank, or set a certain rank to be the default rank by clicking its yellow head. You can create ranks by clicking the sign at bottom left corner.
You can edit the permissions of ranks you have created by clicking the nether star then the map. You can edit the permissions they have by clicking on the dye. Lime dye means they have the permission, gray means they do not.
By default, your house will have 4 groups created. They are:
- [OWNER] - Plot owner (Players cannot modify the priority and permission of this group)
- [CO-OWNER] - Co-Owner of the plot
- [RES] - Resident
- [GUEST] - Default group
Players can modify and create groups for their housing. Players can create up to 20 groups in their housing. Players can perform the follow customization to the ranks they have created.
