Hype (a.k.a. Prototype Lobby Hype or Hype Points) are points that you collect by playing minigames in the Prototype Lobby that are not yet released. They are represented as diamonds in-game in your hotbar while in the Prototype Lobby.
Adding hype to games makes their hype meters go up and tells the developers that you want the game to officially release. The games with the most hype are the most likely to get worked on and completed.
You cannot get hype from released games such as those that were previously in the Prototype Lobby.
How to Add Hype Points[]
To add hype to a certain minigame, you first need to be in the Prototype Lobby. Then, click the diamond item in the hotbar. Select the minigame you want to donate the hype points, and finally choose which amount to donate; you can add 5, 10, 20, 50 or all the hype points you've collected.
