Hypixel Studios Inc. is the company that is responsible for the development of the Hytale game, The company was founded in October 18, 2018, after Hypixel Studio (formerly Canada Inc) was incorporated. It is the sister company to Hypixel Incorporated.
In April 2020, Hypixel Studios was aquired by Riot Games, though they still operate as an independent entity with the same structure.
