TNT Wizards (or Wizards) is TNT Game where two teams—red and blue—battle to control three capture points spread out across the map and earn points. Though it doesn't explicitly contain TNT, there is still lots of chaos, explosions, and destruction! It was released alongside TNT Run and Bow Spleef with the introduction of the TNT Games on July 21, 2013.[citation needed]
TNT Wizards is unlikely to recieve any more major content updates as Hypixel is satisfied with the state of the game.[1]
Gameplay[]
Two teams—red and blue—spawn at opposite ends of a map. Players select a class in the pre-game lobby which changes their attack and defense spells with some also having passive spells. Classes can be changed with the nether star in the hotbar during the game, but the selection will only take effect after dying and respawning. Players also have the ability to double-jump.
There are three capture points across the map—Alpha, Beta, and Gamma—marked by colored wool and a beacon. Points start off as neutral and are captured by standing and staying on them for a few seconds. Each capture point will give the team that captured it points every second.
The first team to reach 2,000 points wins! Everyone will receive an alert when a team is halfway to winning and 150 points away from winning.
Power orbs[]
Power orbs spawn in some locations around the map as small, floating pieces of wool. Running over an orb will grant the player's team five points, a minimal boost to the score.
TNT Games shop[]

A few types of TNT Games cosmetics work in TNT Wizards including particles, death effects, double jumps, hats, and alternate effects. Alternate effects are exclusive to TNT Wizards and change the appearance of a abilities when using a specific class. Alternate effects are only cosmetic and do not have any in-game benefit.
Classes[]
Each class gives a unique attack and defense spell, activated with the two items in the player's hotbar. Some classes also grant a passive spell, which does not have to be activated by the player. A random kit option is also available which will reset the players preferred wizard type and randomly select one.
Spells use up mana, indicated by the hunger bar. A message in chat (Not enough mana!) will display if the player tries to use a spell without having enough mana.
Fire Wizard[]
"Harness the power of fire."
- Attack Spell: Shoot fireballs - Sets the opponent on fire for a few seconds.
- Defense Spell: Instant teleport - Teleports the user at maximum for 13 blocks in the direction they're facing. Defense Spell costs 2 mana (increase 1 per use) until reset by death or using the attack wand. Defense Spell has no cooldown.
Ice Wizard[]
"I've got chills."
- Attack Spell: Freeze ray slowing enemies - Shoots a slow ice beam in a straight line. Does damage and freezes the opponent, causing their screen to zoom in for a few seconds and unable to move in any direction. Jumping still works, as well as using the fire teleport Spell. Can create ice when fired on the ground.
- Defense Spell: Ice wall - Create a barrier of ice in a single spot with the maximum range of 5 blocks. Defense Spell costs 5 mana per use. Can be used to create "domes" of ice around a point, very useful in slowing down an enemy attack by creating obstacles. Can be destroyed in one shot.
- Passive Ability: Walking on water freezes it
Wither Wizard[]
"Like a boss (mob)."
- Attack Spell: Shoot wither skulls - Shoots wither skulls in a straight line, curving slightly after a few blocks. Gives the opponent wither effect for 2 seconds. However, the wither effect is removed when the range is greater than 30 blocks.
- Defense Spell: 6 absorption hearts, 20s cooldown - Gives a 10 absorption hearts for 19 seconds, costs full mana. Defense Spell has a 20 seconds cooldown when used.
Kinetic Wizard[]
"Short range but deadly."
- Attack Spell: Quake Railgun, left-click to dash - Shoots a beam in a straight line, knocking back the opponent. When fired on non-destroyed blocks, gives the user regeneration 2 buff for 2 seconds.
- Defense Spell: Launch players and blocks - Launches players and blocks up into the air, dispersing them. Defense Spell has a maximum range of 25 blocks and affects an area of 7x7x7. Useful for clearing a point that's about to be captured, or removing annoying blocks.
- Passive Ability: Hit a player or yourself to gain regen
Blood Wizard[]
"Not a vampire."
- Attack Spell: Costs ❤❤ instead of mana - Fires a line of hearts in a straight line, knocks opponent back.
- Defense Spell: Healing potion - Shoots out a splash potion of healing, can only heal allies. Defense Spell costs 2.5 mana per use.
Toxic Wizard[]
"Saltier than the sea."
- Attack Spell: Poisoning attack - Shoots out a ray that causes an explosion that gives poison effect to enemies. Poison effect lasts for 2 seconds.
- Defense Spell: Regenerates health, 13s cooldown - Gives regeneration 3 for 10 seconds. Costs 6 mana. 12 seconds of cooldown when used.
- Passive Ability: Sneak to fire a single shot with 1.5x the range
Hydro Wizard[]
"Surf's up"
- Attack Spell: Water ball - Shoots out a block of lapis that explodes when hitting enemies. The block of lapis travels in a slight arc.
- Defense Spell: Ride a wave - Quickly travel in the direction you're looking. The travel lasts for 4 second. You can cancel traveling by pressing shift on your keyboard. 1 seconds of cooldown when used.
- Passive Ability: Regen when touching water
Ancient Wizard[]
"Practices the ancient magical arts."
- Attack Spell: Fire an energy ball - Shoot a fast-moving magma ball.
- Defense Spell: Chain heal - Heals yourself for 2 hearts, but multiplies that effect depending on how many allies are nearby use of chain.
- Passive Ability: When above 7.5 hunger, sneak + attack to triple shot - Be able to triple shot when sneaking when your mana is above 15. Mana cost equivalent to 1 shot.
Storm Wizard[]
"Cloudy with a chance of lightning"
- Attack Spell: Lightning beam - Shoot a small thunderstrike.
- Defense Spell: Knockback explosion - Blast players away with a horizontal tornado.
- Passive Ability: Extra speed after being on the ground for 1s - Get Speed V when walking on the ground for more than 1 second (base speed in wizards is Speed III)
Arcane Wizard[]
"Technological magic is the best."
- Attack Spell: Throws music disc that deals damage and returns to you
- Defense Spell: Deploy a Windbomb that knocks players back on impact

Tips and Tricks[]
- Double jumping in the air can make you "fly", so use this to your advantage when traveling from point to point.
- All classes are effective against one another, but the "particle classes" (Ice, Kinetic, Blood, Poison) are very useful against the "projectile classes" (Fire, Wither).
- Leaping up into the air and around your opponent is very effective if you're not a fan of constantly double jumping, and can destroy them if they're not careful!
- Don't fire your attack wand as soon as you have enough mana to do so, especially when the game starts. Save and conserve your mana as much as possible, so you can strike when need be.
- The basic chat is for your team, so if you want to communicate with the other team, use /shout <message>
- If you see someone double jumping in the air, switch to a "particle class". "Projectile classes" are hard to aim in the air, while classes like Ice can be very effective in bringing down someone who's double jumping.
- If you do not have enough mana to use anything, start using melee attacks. All classes do much more damage than a basic punch with melee and can turn the tide by doing bonus damage without using mana.
