The Delivery Man (Holiday Man or Spooky Man during Holiday and Halloween events respectively) is a NPC who delivers rewards to the player. He can also help the player to link their Hypixel Forums account. He can accessed close to spawn in any lobby. He currently has 11 delivery rewards, though some may not be active at a given time. He was introduced to Hypixel on May 1, 2015.
Appearance[]
By default, the Delivery Man is a little Steve with a red butler outfit. He is a little tinier than a regular player, his head being on his "torso". He is always holding a something; the object varying with each season/event. He also has text above him, displaying the number of unclaimed rewards and the most important unclaimed rewards.
Rewards[]
When interacting with the Delivery Man, the player is given a set of rewards to claim.
Mystery Dust Deliveries[]
The top five rewards are Mystery Dust deliveries requiring different ranks to claim. These are available once per month. (Ender chests)
- 5 Mystery Dust claimable by all players.
- 25 Mystery Dust claimable by all players with a VIP (or higher) rank.
- 25 Mystery Dust claimable by all players with a VIP+ (or higher) rank.
- 25 Mystery Dust claimable by eall players with a MVP (or higher) rank.
- 25 Mystery Dust claimable by all players with a MVP+ (or higher) rank.
Other Rewards[]
- Survey (Minecart with chest): Reward[Confirm?] claimable by competing a survey when Hypixel releases one.
- Social Media Rewards (Minecart with chest): Four Free 4x Coin Boosters are claimable by following Hypixel on their respective social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok). These rewards can only be claimed once.
- Daily Reward (Block of gold/diamond): Various rewards ranging from mystery boxes, experience, coins, and more can be claimed through the reward cards system. After watching an ad (or skipping it with a rank), one reward from a selection of three can be claimed to use on the server. This reward can be claimed once per day (except if the player has Reward Tokens).
- Website Link (Minecart with chest): 15,000 XP claimable by linking the player's Minecraft account to a Hypixel account on the website. This reward can only be claimed once.
- Daily Reward (Minecart with chest): 2,000 Hypixel EXP and 3,000 Arcade coins claimable by all players. This reward can be claimed once per day.
Temporary Options[]
- Hardware Survey: A link to a page which runs diagnostics and fetches info about the player's hardware which can be sent anonymously to Hypixel. An optional internet speed test can also be sent. This is to gather info on what is most commonly used to play on Hypixel to improve future development, especially for projects using newer versions.[1]
- Advent Calendar <year>: Each year during the holiday season, an Advent Calendar will appear at the bottom of the delivery man's interface. Rewards in the advent calendar must be claimed each day or they'll be lost forever (except the first two days' rewards).

There used to be a "vote" delivery where players would be directed to vote.hypixel.net/<#> (where <#> is a number from 0-7).
Holiday Boxes[]
Prior to Summer 2022, Holiday Boxes were available during various events. Players were given one special Mystery Box every so often throughout the course of the event with more boxes given to those with higher donator ranks. In these special Boxes you could unlock special holiday Collectibles that were added for that holiday. These would be available on the borders of the Delivery Man's menu.
Holiday Boxes were discontinued in favor of the event system (Event Shop, Event Levels, and Event Silver) starting with the 2022 Summer event.
Mystery Box Deliveries[]
Prior to the removal of random loot and Mystery Boxes,[2] players were given packs of Mystery Boxes instead of the five current Mystery Dust deliveries available. Everyone could claim one Mystery Box, and each rank would be able to claim five more (for a total of 21 boxes).
Hytale Trailer[]
Prior to the cancelation announcement of Hytale, Hypixel Studio's planned game, a music disc item linking to the Hytale trailer was present at the top of the menu.
Trivia[]
- The Delivery Man appears in the daily reward video "Zoo", welcoming the player to what he calls the "Hypixel Zoo" before a character interrupts him and says that "this is not the zoo, it is the lobby".
