Tranquil is a Ranked SkyWars map released on February 12, 2021.
Similar to the story of Exile Islands, Tranquil was added unintentionally in a map rotation. It was listed as 'Quartyard' in the build server (as per the image) and was accidentally enabled instead of the actual map that was meant to return, which was Courtyard. Tranquil was quickly removed later that day, and never made it into the game again.
At the end of the July 2022 Ranked Season, Ranked SkyWars was removed.[2] This means that Tranquil has been permanently retired, if it ever was planned to return.
